Confirmation of your reservation / deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental cost, (or a minimum amount of £150), will be payable when confirming your reservation. Payments can be made by bank transfers in UK£ or Euros. Credit cards are also accepted, but are subject to a 5% surcharge to cover the costs that are incurred for processing credit card payments.

Upon receipt of the cleared funds you will receive confirmation of your reservation (via e-mail) together with a full information pack on the area, local attractions, recommended restaurants, things to do, etc. Detailed directions from Malaga & Gibraltar Airports will be available as soon as full payment has been made.

Balance of rental cost
Final Payment, including a security deposit of £250 is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Your reservation cannot be held if the funds are not received.

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel for any reason, and we are able to re-let the apartment then your deposit will be returned to you.

We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover such unforeseen circumstances.
