Apartment/Security Deposit

Upon your arrival this apartment will be spotlessly clean and without any damage. In order for your deposit to be fully refunded to you, we expect to find the apartment and the contents in the same condition when you leave. All Keys, Remote Controls and the Sky Card must be left with Lin & Vic.

Please note that lost keys & remote controls will be charged at €50 each, and if you have left the apartment in a disgusting state then you will be charged for additional cleaning at an hourly rate.

Lin is responsible for bed linen, towels & general light cleaning (bathrooms, dusting, mopping etc), after clients have left, AND NOT, clearing 5 days worth of rubbish & "mucking out".

Notes:
If you have accidentally broken a cup, glass, plate or similar, kindly let Lin / Vic know. You will not be charged for minor accidents, as not much that is dropped on the marble floor will "survive"! Any major items that have been damaged or are missing will be reported to us immediately.

We are by no means suggesting that you have to do the cleaning, but ask that the apartment & its contents are treated with respect. We are sorry if this sounds harsh, but unfortunately this is a result of a very inconsiderate family. You must understand that this is a Luxury Exclusive Apartment, and we insist it is kept in top class condition for all of our clients (and us) to enjoy.
