What is included in the rental price

On site management service
Should you require any advice or assistance with problems there is a friendly and efficient on-site management service (the only problem that has ever been experienced is being locked out – happens to us all).

Weekly change of bed linen & towels (applicable to stays of more than one week)
Additional laundry is possible by prior arrangement.

Discounted Car Hire
Discounts have been negotiated with local car hire companies - please enquire for further details.

Information Folder
There will be an information folder and useful instructions in the apartment upon your arrival for your convenience

Water & Electricity
Whilst the cost of water and electricity are inclusive in the above costs, please note the following:

If excessive and unreasonable amounts of water and electricity have been used then a surcharge will be made.

Friendly & useful guidelines – if the air-conditioning is left running with the doors and windows open it will use excessive amounts of electricity – an allowance of 5 kw per day should be plenty for everyday use.
